Happy Halloween Week!

Similar to last year, we are taking full advantage of pumpkin patches, Halloween parties and October Festivities in general - and we haven't even made it to 10/31 yet! We were supposed to go to the Flower Mound pumpkin patch (where we went last year) a couple weeks ago, but it was raining so we opted out. However, we had 2 fun events on Sat, went to a pumpkin patch today with Babs and are going back to last year's with my friend Lori and her girls on Thursday, finishing up with the fall festival at church on Fri. night!

On Saturday we met Michelle and Alexis at the City of Lewisville event. Zoey wore her Zoe costume for the first time in it's entirety and it looked great! Of course, it is funnier if you know her name :) We had a long talk about "no touch bow" and she did great! She kept it in all day w/o pulling out "Zoe"! She had fun playing the games - including "toss the hoop over the witch's hat", "bean bag toss into the pumpkin", basket ball, bowling, the (cup)cake walk and more! Her number got called the very first time the music stopped and she very much enjoyed her carrot cake cupcake! She also got a balloon and a chance to jump in the bounce house, a very fun morning!

After lunch and nap, we headed over to Julie, Matt and Leah's house for a fun Halloween party! They live in Lantana, so after a little while we headed over to their "Monster Mile." It was a lot of fun, tons of people out in their costumes walk up the main street and back down the other side collecting candy along the way from various characters. Zoey did NOT like the characters, too bad, b/c they had Elmo and I really wanted her picture with him since he and Zoe are best friends on Sesame Street! We did get a cute pic of Zoey, Leah, Wyatt and Eva though!

Today we went to the Pumpkin Express in Argyle, it was really fun, Zoey got to ride a train, jump/slide in more bounce houses, got a wagon ride from Babs, pulled the wagon herself (then 2 wagons), got her own mini-pumpkin and more!
