Fun day!

Today started early but was very fun! We met a big group of our friends (Christi/Scott/Wyatt and his Grandpa, Mary/Cavlin, Kimberly/Mike/Sarah, Martha/Dan/Morgan and more!) for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure 5k. It was to raise money for Breast Cancer research, which is very important to us since we lost Dow's mom to Breast Cancer a few months before Zoey was born. The weather was perfect and it was fun to do it with friends, here we are at the beginning all ready to go...

And at the end, hey, she had to get up 2 hours early, cut her some slack!!



Then tonight we babysat Morgan overnight, he did so great, and he and Zoey always have so much fun together! They spent a lot of time in the ball pit, but also had fun swinging, playing in the (waterless) pool, "hiding" in the tent and "walking Elmo. Zoey loves to pull things on the doggy's leash so I made a ribbon "leash" for Elmo. She gave Elmo to Morgan and then started walking them both, haha! Morgan was a good sport and held on all the way from the family room to the office where the ball pit is! He also put up with Zoey's bossy mommy game where she likes to feed you Cheerios and the fake baby bottle - she won't take no for an answer!
