"Woohoo Miss Cheryl!!!"

As many of you know, we've been house hunting since the beginning of the year. We found one we loved in Jan but got outbid on it, so the search has continued. On Saturday we checked out 3 houses, the 3rd one was a winner! We loved it and made an offer on Sunday, which they accepted on Monday! We had the inspection today and things are looking good! When Cheryl (our realtor) called on Monday to tell me the good news, Zoey and I were in the car, so I told her when we hung up that we got the house with the pool and the slide, yeah! She responded with "Woohoo Miss Cheryl!!!" Zoey has been through many houses in the Flower Mound/Highland Village area over the past few months and has thoroughly enjoyed checking out their stair cases, as well as seeing "Miss Cheryl", so I thought that was pretty cute. We won't be moving until after Zach gets here, but once we are settled we'd love to have you over to check out the new space and go for a swim or play on the slide with Zoey!!
