Zoey's party was a huge success! We did a "Sweetheart" theme since her b-day is right by Valentine's day, and she's our little sweetheart. The colors were all pinks/reds/purples and she wore a heart shirt with a pink/purple tu-tu and pom-pom headband, it all looked adorable! We had decorated and all of the food even went with the theme (Pink & Purple goldfish, strawberry cheerios, heart shaped bananas and apples for the kids; heart shaped "Crabbies" and pepperoni bread for the adults, and of course heart-shaped cakes)! Zoey had a blast visiting with her little friends and being adored by Babs, Pops and Aunt Lexi (as well as Mommy and Daddy of course)! When it came time for cake, she had fun picking at it for a little bit and eventually got down to business, she really seemed to like it, as well as all the other food (baby and adult)...just ask any of the guests who she begged for food from!
Thanks so much for all the wonderful birthday phone calls, cards, gifts and wishes, Zoey is a lucky girl to have so many great friends! There are so many of you who are special to her and to us, even though we couldn't have every single one of you here to celebrate with us, thank you for being a part of her life for this past year and we look forward to many more special times with each of you!
