Happy Valentines Day!!

Zoey's 2nd Valentines Day today!! The first was spent in the hospital, getting used to life out here and her family. Yesterday was a fun day with presents and a big cookie from Babs and Pops, plus lots of phone calls and attention from friends/family.



Zoey is going to learn to love this week of the year because today was fun too! Daddy got Zoey a total "dad" present, a BIG, pink, stuffed doggy - it's adorable, but not exactly practical, which is why it's great that Zoey's got Dow for a daddy!! She LOVES the BIG, pink, stuffed doggy and I think it's so cute that he got it for her! He also got her a rose, like last year and a sweet card.



I got her a helium heart shaped balloon since she loves balloons and put it on her high chair. Zoey's friend Natalie gave her a cute t-shirt for her b-day that says "Crown Me Miss Valentine" and she's wearing that today. (Thanks Nat Nat!!) Tomorrow Dow has the day off and Aunt Lexi comes in from CA and then Saturday is her b-day party, what a week right!? In an attempt to not totally overwhelm her on her b-day, we "only" invited our friends with babies close to Zoey's age, but with the baby boom last year (haha!) there are thirteen "babies" coming, almost all born between Jan and Apr of last year!! It's sure to be a fun mad-house! Speaking of mad-houses....last week Christi hosted a Valentine's party for the kiddos, we tried to replicate the couch picture with all the babies (remember?), but it's a lot harder now that they all move! To end the day, Zoey had her first Valentine's Dinner Date with her friend James from church, here's a picture of them enjoying their fancy dinner of chicken and mac-n-cheese, and then playing together with the big, pink doggie!
