2 year checkup

Yesterday was Zoey's 2 year well-visit and she did AWESOME!! I was so proud of her, we've been reading "Elmo goes to the Dr" a lot lately, and at the end, he gets a shot, and then a sticker. Well, they had to draw blood and she needed one shot. I got down right by her face and gave her Giraffe, told her she was getting medicine like mommy (she's used to seeing me getting my blood taken) and that it would pinch her arm a little bit. She didn't even flinch, and then they did the shot real quickly in her thigh as soon as they were done w/ her arm - the girl did not shed ONE SINGLE TEAR!!!! She was excited to get Bugs Bunny band aids and kept asking for her stickers :) We got her a sticker AND a lollipop for doing so well! She "passed" the rest of the appt. w/ flying colors too...on track or way ahead in every area (um, 40-50 words and understanding at least 25% of what she says, yeah, got that covered)!! She is holding stead at 25th-50th percentile in height/weight and head size, charts updated below!
